All construction. However, checking TED, others had used codes for site / ground investigation services. Suggested that if the work they propose is more of an investigative nature, they could classify it as a service but if the borehole is to be constructed, would be works

A Occupational health is under category 25 (i.e. Part B). Employee advisory service less clear, but others have advertised it on TED as category 25 / 27 (both part B).

Q Specialise in recruitment of staff for oil & gas industry and is working for a Swiss-based firm to source staff for permanent positions. Have been told that they have to register there. Is this true?
A Knew from previous enquiry (14/1/09) that there is a requirement to be registered there (regulated profession), even when providing a service remotely. Had been confirmed by Swiss Embassy. Ways round this include appointing a Swiss agent or invoicing UK subsidiary (if they have one)
Q Have been told that they need an E102 form for sending technicians to Spain (and other countries). Is this the case? And where do they get one from?
A Think actually they need form E101 (E102 is where last more than 12 months). Sent form and link to HMRC site where they can apply online
